I am using XP as OS in my pc,for last two dayes i can't un hide my hidden files from Tool option.Though i am selecting the "show all files " radio button & pressing "ok" to unhide the hidden files, but it is not working.Again i tried the same way TOOL----Folder Options---- and amazingly found that still the "Don't show hidden or system files" radio button is selected but as i have mentioned i hv already changed it just few minutes earlier.plz help me to solve this problem.

Its an virus problem

Install NOD32 Antivirus (you can download and 15 days demo)
Install it
Update it
Restart your PC in safe mode
Start NOD32
Connect any external HDD'S/Pendrives/Cards
with all drives selected Click "scan and clean"

Plz Check is Registry Value

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\Folder\Hidden

there u have NOHIDDEN,SHOWALL
in NOHIDDEN
check the valued CheckedValue it should be 0
DefaultValue should be 1

if they are 2 change them

in SHOWALL
CheckedValue should be 1

Other wize change them dont let them to be 2 or 3 they should be 0 or 1
