pc suite using above 90% cpu

hello guys!!
i have nokia pc suite installed in my computer.recently i am facing this problem,some times when i start my computer ,nokia pc suite is using more than 90% cpu.plz note this does not happen on all system startup.is there any other way to solve this?? i don't want to uninstall.
i am using windows 7 ultimate 32 bit and free avira av(updated) & zone alarm as firewall.

What do you mean by sometimes its 90%?
Is it constantly 90%?
Also when does it normally happen, like file transfering from pc to mobile?

well,i actually meant..this thing happens on not all system startups...and i end this process using task manager.so dnt know wheather it consumes high cpu for a long time or not.

i use my mobile as dial-up modem.so i hv to keep it at start up.
do any1 hv solution???
